Kubica Returns after his Australian Grand Prix Crash
In the news of Grand Prix crashes, Robert Kubica has announced to the press that he will be returning to the track. About eight years ago, he was in a deadly crash that nearly ended not only his driving career, but also his life. In the crash, his body was trapped for over an hour, he had lost quite a bit of blood, and his team was unsure if they would ever see him alive again. No one thought he was coming out alive. He talks about the crash and always says that he was determined to make it out alive.
After about 20 operations and countless hours in the gym and doing physical therapy, Kubica is feeling better than ever! He is ready to try his luck at racing once again. After about a decade later, his team in Barcelona is also excited about seeing his big return to racing. Kubica admits that he was very nervous about it at first, but with all of his training and practice, including teaching himself to drive with both hands, he has full confidence that he is ready to hit the road once again.
